What kind of cleaning service shall I choice?

Don’t worry, you are not along, I have had a struggle to make a choice too! Before we make decision, we need to know how the cleaning service can help us.

Regular general cleaning is a basic cleaning service. The cleaning staff usually needs to clean once regularly, each cleaning time is 2 - 4 hours depends on size of house, weekly or fortnightly or even monthly. The reason for regularly hiring cleaners is that we need to keep the house basically clean. In this general cleaning service, cleaners can perform dust removal, hoover, basic bathroom and kitchen cleaning. Since the time of each service is very short, we don't see much difference in the first few services, but if we are willing to spend time, we will see the changes.

Deep cleaning/One-off cleaning usually apply on an occupied house, which is everything included in a regular cleaning with some extra task, like stain removal from furniture, door or wall skirting; kitchen & bathroom deep cleaning. Personally, I won’t hire someone to deep clean my house until I cannot

stand the dirty, that’s why it takes very long time to complete the process. Of course, we won’t hire cleaners to do deep cleaning service frequently. Don’t forget, it will take much longer to complete the service depending on the size of the house and cleanness of the house. More time we give, the more detail they can do.

Move in/out cleaning Hence, this service is used when we are moving in or out to a house. The house will be cleaned deeply and detailed, everywhere visible and invisible. That’s why when we move into a new house, it looks like a new one! I highly recommend this service if we want to get our deposit back when moving out!
